Professor Spada has been involved in CBT training, research and practice for over a decade. He is currently appointed Professor of Psychological Therapies at
London South Bank University in partnership with North East London NHS Foundation Trust. In the former institution he is the course director of the PgDip/MSc in Cognitive Behaviour
Therapy and in the latter institution he is the lead for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
Professor Spada has published over 35 articles in international peer reviewed journals and authored three books:
Overcoming Problem Drinking, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Problem Drinking: a Practitioner’s Guide,
and An Introduction to Sensible Drinking.
Our workshops are aimed at health care professionals including CBT practitioners, clinical and counselling psychologists, counsellors, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, social workers,
