Terms and conditions

For payment by invoice, if funding has not been authorised by your organisation or is not received within a timely manner, you are personally responsible for the workshop cost in full.

Cancellations received 8 weeks before the workshop date will be refunded minus a 30% administration fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be processed after that date. Transfer of places in the same workshop can be made in writing (efficacy@londoncbt.co.uk) and will be processed at any time.
